Na.Ka.No. 4257/2019/Vu dated 03.12.2019, quash the same and forbearing the First Respondent from conducting any enquiry and deciding the rival claims and title over the disputed land comprised in old S. No.152/9 and T. S. No. 19/1, Tiruchengode Village and Taluk and Namakkal District.

When it is pointed out that the Petitioner could raise objections regarding the jurisdiction of the First Respondent to decide the dispute relating to the title to the property and in the event of an adverse order, the same could be challenged in the manner recognized by law, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to resort to the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
