This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25597 of 2023, by an order dated 09.11.2023, the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Viruthampet police daily at 10.30 am.,until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court during the Court hearing dates without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances till the completion of the trial.
