This petition is filed to condone the delay of 236 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.B.Ravi, learned counsel for the first respondent.

Though notice having been served, none appears for the second respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 236 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The petition, accordingly, stands ordered.
