Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Second and Fifth Respondents submits that electricity connection has been granted to the premises of the Petitioner on 28.01.2020 after he had showed proof for possession of the property. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner accept the same and has made endorsement to that effect. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
