This petition is filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate for the second respondent. Despite notice having been served, none appears for the first respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 120 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
