10.V.Ranjith : Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, particularly respondents 1 to 7 not to entertain any once interference particularly the 8th to 10th respondents interference except take necessary action to develop by providing forming roads, street lights, water facilities and also forming of drainage and other facilities to the petitioner and other 36 allottees on the basis of the petitioners' representations dated 02.02.2019, 10.02.2021, 10.05.2022, 10.02.2023, 07.01.2024.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 7 to form roads, provide street lights, water connection and drainage facilities to the petitioner and other allottees in Singalanthapuram, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Status report which has now been filed by the official respondents shows that development work is going on and some part of the work has already been done, which includes construction of water overhead tank. Therefore, in that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ proceedings. The petition stands closed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.35457 of 2025 is also closed.
