This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26743 of 2023, by an order dated 27.11.2023, to report before the respondent Police everyday morning at 10.30am., and evening at 5.30 pm., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
