ORDER

This transfer petition seeks transfer of HMOP. No.781 of 2023 from the file of the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai to the file of the Family

Court at Chengalpet.

2. The petitioner married the respondent on 10.04.2019. From the wedlock, there is a female child by name S.P.Sri Muthu Selvi, who was born on 10.12.2020. As the relationship between the parties has been affected, they are before the court in HMOP.No.781 of 2023.

3. The petitioner is residing in Melamaiyur and working as a teacher at Chengalpet. She finds it difficult to travel from Chengalpet to Chennai for every hearing. Hence, this transfer petition has been filed.

4. Mr.Vijaya Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent/husband has no objection to the transfer. He only seeks early disposal of the case.

5. Since the respondent has no objection to transferring the case, HMOP.No.781 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chengalpet.

6. I am sure that the Family Court at Chengalpet will bestow all its

attention in order to ensure the pleadings as well as the proceedings are completed at an early date.

7. With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
