This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioners/appellants in Crl.M.P.No.8677 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.89 of 2023 vide order dated 23.06.2023, to appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. once in two months on the first working day of English calendar month, commencing from the 1st working day of August 2023.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8677 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.89 of 2023 vide order dated 23.06.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court once in four months at 10.30 a.m., starting from the 1st working day of January 2024, until further orders."
