This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction for early disposal of the Suit in O.S. 248 of 2014 to the learned II Addl. District Judge, Salem.

2. The petitioner is the 2nd defendant in the Suit. The 1st respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit for partition, which is pending for more than 5 years from the year 2014, even though the pleadings are completed.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the suit is pending from the year 2014 for more than five years, the court below is directed to dispose the Suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
