This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.

8719 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.6416 of 2023, order dated 23.06.2023, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
