This application is filed to substitute the sixth respondent in the place of the third respondent.

Heard Mr.A.Ramalingam, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the Commissioner, Tambaram Corporation, Tambaram, Chennai-45 is substituted in the place of the third respondent.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of.

The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in C.M.P.No.15852 of 2023 in W.A.No. SR 89871 of 2023.
