ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in FIR No.357 of 2019 dated 05.08.2019 for the offence under Sections 467, 468 and 420 IPC pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said number on 05.08.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
