Already orders have been passed in connected proceedings initiated by the applicant in the above Original Application in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div)No.9 of 2024 on 08.02.2024 by appointing an Arbitrator.

2. Considering the fact that the Arbitrator has been appointed. Interim order passed by this Court on 20.12.2023 is extended for a period of three months from today. It is open for the applicant to move suitable application for extending this order before the learned Arbitrator.
