This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.31824 of 2022, by an order dated 20.10.2023, to report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, monthly once at 10.30 am., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
