This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.13(c) on the petitioner by an order dated 01.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24886 of 2023.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
