This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is some typographical error crept in Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 03.01.2024 in W.P.No.36049 of 2023. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is clarified and Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 03.01.2024 in W.P.No.36049 of 2023 shall read as follows:- " 3. It is seen that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased husband. Now the family pension proceeding is pending on the file of the first respondent, since the second respondent is also claiming family pension. Pending request of the petitioner, she failed to produce succession certificate. However, the petitioner produced legal heirs certificate and the Service Register also stating that she is the only nominee entered by the deceased husband. "
