This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24957 of 2023 dated 01.11.2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
