This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7(b) by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.21586 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.
