ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.Subramaniam J) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7537 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.608 of 2023 dated 11.01.2024. 2.The condition imposed in the bail order of this Court is that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

of every month at 10.30 a.m. until disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the Trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the Trial Court on any other day in lieu of his absence, as directed by the Trial Court.

3.We do not find any reason to modify the said condition since the bail condition cannot be construed as stringent and an alternate relief was granted to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.. That being so, the present criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
