ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to amend the main petition, i.e., O.P.No.67 of 2025.

2. According to the applicant/petitioner, she filed the main original petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will, wherein Page No.1 of 3

in the petition they mistakenly mentioned the document number as "1925 of 1940" instead of "2125 of 1940" in the sixth line of the fourth paragraph. Therefore, the above-said typographical error has to be corrected. Hence, she filed this application.

3. In this application, there are no respondents and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that the document number has been wrongly mentioned as "1925 of 1940" instead of "2125 of 1940" in the sixth line of the fourth paragraph, this application is allowed.

4. To carry out the amendment and for filing the Amended Plaint Copy (APC), post the matter on 12.11.2025.
