This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2024 registered as CSR.No.925 of 2024, dated 10.08.2024

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR.No.925 of 2024 has been assigned by the second respondent and the enquiry was conducted, the same was closed on 25.01.2025.

3. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
