ORDER

Today both side counsels are present, and they filed separate memos. However, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/plaintiffs agreed to carry out the repair works by M/s. Swan Electric Contracts Pvt. Ltd., as suggested by the respondents/defendants, and therefore, the respondents/defendants are permitted to carry out the repairs and replacements as stated in the memo.

2. Both the memos are recorded.

3. As far as to oversee the execution of the above-said repair works, the applicants/plaintiffs suggested the name of one Mr.P.Devendran, Charted Accountant. He is also the owner of Unit "A" situated on the second floor of Sun Plaza, and the respondents/defendants also have no objection. Therefore, the said Mr.P.Devendran, Charted Accountant, is nominated for supervising the above-said work.

4. Both the parties have to cooperate for early completion of the work, preferably within one month. The cost for the above-said repair works and the replacement shall be borne by both the parties equally.

5. With the above-said observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
