O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS & 1/4

Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.459 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was found in illegal transportation of 2 units of sand. Hence, the complaint. 3.This Court earlier dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail on 20.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23117 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the quantum of sand transported and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail petition.

Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
