ORDER

The petitioners herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3) of BNS Act in Crime No.178 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners herein have indiscriminately attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapon, causing multiple injuries.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would state that the defacto complainant is the aggressor. He further submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier petition filed before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23344 of 2025 was dismissed on 25.08.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide with any conditions that may be imposed by this Court, and therefore, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23344 of 2025 was dismissed vide order dated 25.08.2025 on the ground that the petitioners caused grievous injuries to the defacto complainant. Hence, he opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the multiple injuries caused to the defacto complainant and this Court had dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioners and that there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
