This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14683 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17505 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e.,on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required.
