This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.218 of 2009 now pending trial on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai pending disposal of this Criminal Original Petition.

2. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is Ordered and the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the trial Court, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under section 313 Cr.P.C./351 BNSS and on the date of pronouncing judgment and on any other dates as fixed by the trial Court.
