Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Notification dated 13.11.2019 vide Ref.No. PU/COE/PRIDE-Exams Intimation/CPE-V/ 2019 issued by the 2nd Respondent herein and quash the same and to direct the Respondents herein to accept the exam application form from the Petitioners herein and also to direct the Respondents herein to continue to conduct examinations for its distance education programme in Warangal District, Telangana where the exams used to be held till completion of courses including the maximum period to complete the courses by students enrolled in the year 2015.
