This Application has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 19.06.2024 in O.P.No. 522 of 2023 to the limited extent of determining the flow of title.

2. It had been stated in the order, this Court had not given the correct flow of title and therefore, this Application has been filed seeking to modify paragraph No.2 alone granted in O.P.No. 522 of 2023 is sought to interfered with.

3. After hearing the learned counsels and on perusing the records, this Application stands allowed.

4. Registry may delete paragraph No.2 of the order in O.P.No. 522

of 2023 dated 19.06.2024 and instead incorporate the paragraph No.2 as stated in the schedule for modification of the Judges summons to this application, which is as follows:- "2. The said property belonged to K.E.S Unni Nair, the father of 1st petitioner, father in law of 2nd petitioner and grandfather of 3rd and 4th petitioners. One of the sons of K.E.S Unni Nair being S.K.Unni husband of 2nd petitioner and father of 3rd and 4th petitioners predeceased his father K.E.S Unni Nair on 23.09.2000 leaving behind his wife 2nd petitioner herein and his children 3rd and 4th petitioners as his legal heirs and K.E.S Unni Nair died on 10.12.2000. 1st and 3rd petitioners had given their consent for letters of administration to be granted in favour of the 4th petitioner/son of S.K.Unni. It must also be stated that both S.K.Unni and his father K.E.S Unni Nair had died intestate."

5. Fresh order may be issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
