2. Ms.Ananda Gomathy states there is no Member in Debts Recovery Tribunal-III and until yesterday, the Member in Debts Recovery Tribunal-I was in-charge of Debts Recovery Tribunal-III and even that is not happening now.

3. Therefore, even if we want to pass an order, we cannot. Petitioner may apply to the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III as and when a Member is appointed, as Regular Member or In-charge Member, for early hearing. Petitions stand disposed of.
