This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 26.09.2019 passed by the Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal, dismissing the I.A.No.519 of 2018 in O.S.No.198 of 2018 preferred by the Page No.1 of 4
petitioner herein.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter O.S.No.198 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila) Court, Namakkal has already been dismissed as settled out of Court on 18.03.2021. Hence, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also produced the status report of the Lower Court to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the status report, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
