Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2017 vide Petition No.F/89166/2017 forwarded from the Chief Minister's Special Cell and Consequently direct the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to run the Bunk stall in Pavendhar Salai,

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated dated 17.07.2017 seeking permission to run the Bunk stall in Pavendhar Salai, NH-I, Maraimalai Nagar Municipality without any interference by giving effect to the Resolution dated 30.01.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 17.07.2017, seeking permission to run a Bunk stall in Pavendhar Salai, NH-I, Maraimalai Nagar Municipality. However, after a period of seven years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered for granting permission to run the Bunk stall. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application

seeking permission or a license to run a Bunk stall.
