CMP Nos.6697, 6704 and 6699 of 2022 in SA Nos.583 of 2016 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J.

C.M.P.Nos.6697, 6704 and 6699 of 2022 have been filed, to condone the delay of 365 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5 herein as the legal heirs of deceased appellant in the above appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
