ORDER

The petitioners, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.07.2025 and 19.08.2025 respectively for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1) and 103 of BNS, 2023 (Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 302 of IPC) in Crime No.161 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that the offences listed in the above case have been further altered and SC/ST is also included. Hence, I am of the view that this petition is filed prior to alteration of the case into SC/ST Act. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move the concerned Court.
