Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No. not known of 2023 registered by the respondent Police.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that F.I.R had been registered against the petitioner by the respondent police in Crime No.287 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application by mentioning the correct details.
