ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some error has been crept in paragraph Nos.10 & 11 of the order dated 28.11.2025. The said paragraph Nos. 10 & 11 are to be replaced as follows:

"10. At the time of admission of the first appeal, a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- was deposited before the first appellate court. At the admission stage of the present revision, the petitioner deposited a further sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before this Court, making a total deposit of Rs.3,10,000/- out of the cheque amount of Rs.10,50,000/-.

11. At the time of arguments, the petitioner, who appeared through video conference, sought time to pay the remaining amount. Accordingly, eight weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to pay the balance amount of Rs.7,40,000/- along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of this order. The defacto complainant is already permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.3,10,000/- deposited by the petitioner/accused."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph Nos.10 & 11 of the order dated 28.11.2025, quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

4. In all other respects, the order dated 28.11.2025, in the above Criminal Revision shall remain unaltered.

5. The petitioner is directed to comply the order dated 28.11.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2050 of 2025 passed by this Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
