This Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st and the 2nd respondent to issue appropriate orders/directions to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2025 and rectify the error in the e-patta issued with regards to the land and building situated at Door No.16/42, Clemens road, Purasawalkam Chennai- 600 007 comprised in S.Nos. 781/3, 81/19, Block 14 Purasawalkam village, Perambur-Purasaiwalkam Taluk, Chennai (North) and restoring the extent of 1 Are 71 sq.mts in the e-patta within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2025 and, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them a personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
