When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the lease period
of the shops has been lapsed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
2. Recording the said submission made, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
