ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent Police to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of his representation dated 23.06.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent is none other than the wife of his brother, namely, Dhanasekaran and she eloped with one Thirunavukkarasu leaving their 3 year old female child. Subsequently, the petitioner's brother and the gild child were missing. Hence, a complaint came to be registered in Crime No.210 of 2025. Subsequently, the fifth respondent also made a complaint against the petitioner's family in Crime No.241 of 2025.

3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent eloped with one Thirunavukkarasu leaving 3 year old female child and thereafter, they threatened the petitioner and his family members, hence he made a representation dated 23.06.2025 to take action against the respondents 4 and 5.

4. On perusal of the entire materials, it is seen that there is a case and counter case filed against the parties. Hence, investigation be conducted in both the FIRs and final report shall be filed.
