C.M.P.Nos. 27898, 27899 & 27903 of 2019 in C.R.P. No. 3267 of 2017 V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.

These are the petitions filed seeking to condone the delay of 687 days in filing the petition to bring on record the proposed petitioners herein as legal representatives of deceased 2nd petitioner, to set aside the abatement, and to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 5 as petitioners 3 to 5 in the above C.R.P.

2. I have learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, all the petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 2nd petitioner are impleaded as petitioners 3 to 5 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter for final hearing on 23.01.2020 and also directed to print the name of Ms.A.Shanthi, learned counsel appearing for respondents in the cause list.
