This petition is filed to condone the delay of 340 days in representing the CMA SR.No.138800 of 2023 against fair and decreetal order passed I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.417 of 2022 dated 26.03.2023 on the file of Special Court for Trial of cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellant succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, he would not be entitled to interest for the delay period of 340 days.
