ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a Mandamus, directing the 2 nd respondent to consider the proposal submitted by the 3 rd respondent in proceedings K.No.A1/4825/2021 dated 26.02.2022 for stepping up of the petitioner's pay on par with his junior in accordance with law and merits within a stipulated period of time.

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the nd & 3 rd respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 26.10.2023 and 28.07.2025.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second and third respondents to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 26.10.2023 and 28.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
