A.No.6646 of 2023 in C.S.No.252 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 110 days in representing the defendants 8 and 9 in the above suit.

2. Though counter affidavit has been filed objecting in allowing this application, having regard to the nature of the allegations found in the affidavit and other defendants have already filed their written statement, and in order to give a fair opportunity to the parties to agitate their rights on merits, this Court is inclined to condone the delay and accordingly, this application is ordered.
