This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28344 of 2024 by order dated 13.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court only for four days.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28344 of 2024 on 13.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
