JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to grant an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property in A.S.No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Hosur. 2.

No order of injunction has been granted by the Courts below. Furthermore, the temple's possession of the suit lands has been admitted in the written statement. Therefore, there is no necessity to grant an injunction, especially since the Appeal Suit was disposed of in the year 2021 and no injunction has been in force for more than five years. 3.

In view of the foregoing, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
