This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 228 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.1470/- in the appeal in M.C.O.P.No.30 of 2019 dated 28.04.2023 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission.

5. It is underscored that in the eventuality of the petitioners succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, they would not be entitled to any interest for 228 days.
