Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinoth Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and the entire due amount payable towards the respondents has been paid and he has made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
