This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25992 of 2024 by an order dated 24.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.845 of 2024, pending on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 11.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25992 of 2024 on 24.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on 11.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
