O R D E R

The petitioner had given a complaint on 30.11.2019 and it is not in dispute that the second respondent has received the same, and CSR has also been issued. The second respondent shall take a call in that matter within a period of 14 days. The second respondent is not justified in simply keeping the complaint pending.

2. If it discloses Commission of cognizable offence, an F.I.R has to be registered by the respondent and if preliminary enquiry is warranted, then it has to be held and in any event, a final disposal has to be given in 14 days.
