Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the 2nd respondent.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that due to inadvertence, copy application to receive the certified copy of the judgment was applied belatedly and there was a delay of 264 days in preferring the above Appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.150128 of 2025.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands ordered. The interest for the delay period of 264 days is hereby directed to be waived.
